In the heart of the Richmond District, Heritage Restaurant & Bar, previously Clement St. Bar and Grill, will keep the history of the building from 1908, and bring its own modern flare. The atmosphere will be very inviting where families, friends, or co-workers come for a great meal and/or drink to unwind.
Cameron Lewark, owner/chef, started his career in the culinary world when he was 19 years old, working for Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. During Cameron's tenure, Wolfgang Puck has become one of the world leaders in the culinary world, opening 28 restaurants worldwide. Cameron apprenticed in total 20 years under James Beard Award winning Chef Lee Hefter at Puck's Granita restaurant in Mailbu, Spago Beverly Hills and in 2001 opened Spago at the Four Seasons, Maui. Under his direction, the restaurant has won numerous accolades. In 2010, Cameron was voted Chef of the Year on Maui. In 2013, Cameron was awarded as a Star Chefs of Hawaii. The father of 2 young boys, he is a family man and loves to be home with his wife, kids and dog, Lilikoi. Cameron is dedicated to the creativity of his menu, bringing only the best fresh local ingredients, some pacific rim influence, while blending his native roots of California Cuisine.
